Greetings Bright Sparks and welcome to another look at a guest of Hibanacon. Today we’ll be taking a look at Niall Flanagan, one of our returning panelists.

Niall is the voice behind the Secret of the Sailor Madness podcast, and is a regular guest for Dynamite in the Brain. A convention veteran Niall has presented panels before on a wide range of subjects, but is perhaps best known for one focussing on the best fight scenes in anime: Hell in a Cel.

As well as running a Hibanacon version of Hell in a Cel Niall will be running a panel on Anime for Sane People, and also Ani-Movember!
