Bring and Buy
Running out of space for all your latest buys? Looking to boost the funds for that trip to Japan? Got some merch that you think others would love?

If so - the Bring and Buy is for you!

We're trialing a new system this year so please follow the instructions below on how to get your goods ready for sale.

1. Enter your ticket code, email address, first name and surname.

2. On the first item, fill in a quantity, description of the item and unit price.

3. If you need to fill in another line simply click the + button.

4. When you have entered all the items you want to enter right now click save.

If you wish to add or remove items then come back to this page and enter your details again, your already entered items should then appear.

5. Click print labels, keep a copy for your records.

6. We'll print the labels for you and you can pick them up when you come register.

Bring and Buy items are accepted using this form until the day before Hibanacon begins. You are responsible for ensuring that labels are affixed securely to each item. Goods delivered to Hibanacon without barcodes may not be accepted for sale.
